We offer free shipping in India!

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We rely on FedEx and DTDC’s safety and compliance services to deliver your orders.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We authenticate safe and secure purchases via credit card, debit card and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. Our payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway- Razorpay, to ensure secure and hassle-free transactions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. Once the products are shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with all the tracking details. We will be happy to assist you with any questions post ordering and will also help you in tracking the order.

TAXES

All prices are including tax (18% GST).

DELIVERY TIME

We do not keep stock. All our products are made to order. We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would, however, be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well.

OUTLIER LOCATIONS

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. International Orders

  • We don’t do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be bourne by the customer.
  • Shipping cost is automatically calculated on the checkout.
  • We follow advance payment method and authenticate safe and secure purchases via credit card, debit card and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. Our payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway- Razorpay, to ensure secure and hassle-free transactions.
  • We do not keep stock. All our products are made to order. We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 working days.   • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Banjaaran has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns & Exchanges

All Banjaaran products are made to order and handcrafted with perfection. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any products sold.  Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, simply mail us on orders@banjaaran.in and someone from our team will get in touch to guide you through the process of returning and exchanging of the package. Please assist them in any further information they might need to process your request.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND

  • Not all products are eligible for exchange. Orders bought on discounts, during sale and customized orders are non- returnable and non- exchangeable.
  •  Frames are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  •  Once a product is exchanged, you cannot exchange it for the second time.
  • All products must be unworn and in their original packaging. If there is any sign of wear, it will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Banjaaran reserves all rights to thoroughly inspect and reject the return based on the condition of the product before processing any return or exchange.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

Exchange of items is allowed within 7 days of delivery of the product along with all the original packaging. Send us an email at orders@banjaaran.in with the order number and an image of the product. After sending us a mail, please ship the product to the following address:
